Prison Escape Obby — Play Free Online
A guard locks you in, and the entire game is the way back out. This is a 3D parkour run through cell blocks, corridors and yard fences, built from obstacle-course grammar you already know: narrow ledges, moving hazards and gaps that need a run-up. What separates it from a pure jumping game is the interact key. Doors, levers and objects have to be handled, so progress alternates between a burst of platforming and a short pause to work out what opens next. Sprint sits on Left Shift, and knowing when not to hold it matters as much as knowing when to.
What makes it different
Most browser obbies are pure platforming: jump, land, repeat until the checkpoint. This one folds an interaction key into that loop, so a section can be blocked by an object rather than by a jump you keep missing, and the route has to be read as well as executed. Sprint is a held state rather than a permanent one, which makes speed something you spend: Shift buys distance across a long gap but costs you steering precision on a tight ledge. The cursor toggle is the other tell. The camera is meant to be driven with the mouse, so this plays closer to a 3D adventure course than a flat side-on obby.

Tips that actually help
- Hold Shift for the approach to a long gap, then release before you land. Sprinting through a tight ledge section costs you more in steering than it gains in speed.
- When a route dead-ends, look for something to interact with before assuming you missed a jump. Blocked sections here are often a lever problem, not a platforming one.
- Press TAB to hide the cursor before any stretch that needs quick camera turns, so a stray click does not pull your view off the platform.
- Watch one full cycle of a moving trap before you commit. Entering as the gap starts opening gives you the whole window instead of the tail end of it.
- Jump from the outer edge of a ledge rather than the middle. On narrow 3D beams the extra half-step is usually the difference between clearing the gap and clipping it.
